Google Ads Console – Privacy Policy

What this tool is. The Google Ads Console is an internal reporting tool operated by RetargetSpark (Virinchi Digital Marketing Services Limited). It connects to the Google Ads accounts owned or managed by RetargetSpark through the Google Ads API, with the authorisation of the account owner. It is used only by RetargetSpark staff and is not offered to the public.

What data it accesses. With the account owner’s consent, the tool reads account, campaign, ad group, keyword, ad and performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) from those Google Ads accounts. It does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google service, and it does not collect personal information about people who see or click on advertisements.

How the data is used. Only for RetargetSpark’s own reporting, budget planning and optimisation of its advertising. The tool does not create, edit or delete anything in Google Ads on its own.

Storage and security. Data is stored on systems controlled by RetargetSpark, protected by access controls and available only to authorised staff.

Sharing. The data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising to individuals. It may be disclosed only where the law requires it.

Retention and revocation. Data is kept only as long as it is needed for reporting. Access can be withdrawn at any time by the account owner at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which no new data is read.

Google API Services User Data Policy. RetargetSpark’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
